FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

We appreciate any contribution to Beyond the Fence. We are always looking for help with the operations of our organization. If you are interested in volunteering, please complete the information here and we will read out for opportunities.

Beyond the Fence offers individual, team and emergency fund grants.

Individuals may request help for sports and extracurricular expenses such as registration fees, equipment or uniforms fees. Beyond the Fence will pay the organization directly the registration fees. For equipment or uniforms, we order and will connect with the household to set up a pickup location.

We will help entire teams and community-based organizations based on request/reviewed on need and available resources. Items may include travel, uniforms, or other equipment. We pay the organization directly and will have item shipped if needed.

You will receive an email within 2 business days. We will be asking for next steps, such as specific items, purchasing information or follow up questions.

We open applications 3 times a year. A child can apply during each application period for a separate sport.
